This year’s Storybook Ball on October 7, 2018 will be a fun, family-friendly afternoon centered around the many stories of Curious George by Margret and H.A. Rey. Join us for engaging activities, exhibits, crafts, entertainment and food, focused on adults and children up to age 10.
Why do you and your friends need to attend?
1. Fun for the Kiddos! Our goal is to keep the little ones entertained and excited. We'll have activity booths set up indoors, with lego building, science lessons, face painting, math games, doll building, as well as live instructional classes like crafting, poetry, and comedy improv. That's right! We'll also have romping space outdoors, including some play areas and a bounce house.
2. Food and Drink! We're ready with tasty treats for all ages...from mini hot dogs and make-your-own-trail mix to a wood fired pizza truck and Johnny Doughnuts. Just for the grown-ups, we'll have beer, wine, and a special 'Be Curious' cocktail.
3. Who doesn't love an Auction! Visit Phil Reilly & Co's vintage race car repair shop for a personalized tour of all things fast and furious, old and beautiful...or...Get a 1-on-1 training session with Tam High Basketball's superstars and then get special reserved seating at the next home game!
4. General fun vibes! Your kiddos will arrive to flashing cameras and a mini red carpet, and there will be live music and entertainment on the stage throughout the event! Come out to hear EJ and The Lovers, Singers of Marin, and Branson School's A Cappella Groups - all sure to inspire your children to sing and dance along!
