On Saturday, March 15th, 2008 join us for a community celebration on stage at Shoreline Amphitheatre to raise money for the Mountain View Library Foundation.

Come together as a community and celebrate all for a good cause.

Want to see what its like to be a Rock Star? Join us ON STAGE at Shoreline Amphitheatre where The Joe Sharino Band will be rocking your socks off as everyone dances into the night. You’ll be dancing on the same stage as many A-List artists have performed over the past 20 years in music history.

And if that’s not enough, you can party BACKSTAGE as a Rock & Roll for Reading VIP! Come early to the pre-party for complimentary beer, wine and signature cocktails with heavy appetizers from local restaurants. Take part in a silent auction with some amazing items with all proceeds benefiting the Mountain View Library Foundation.

This event will be held in conjunction with the grand re-opening of the Mountain View Library as well as a kickoff to the Foundations Endowment.

The Mountain View Library Foundation provides funding to enhance the information center for our diverse community, providing a dynamic place to share resources and ideas, to find joy in reading at all ages, and to experience the power of lifelong learning. The Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization established in 1996.

TICKET INFORMATION & PRICING:

General Admission - $40
As a Library Friend, you get to dance the night away with the Joe Sharino Band – ON STAGE at Shoreline Amphitheatre. Dancing on the same stage as many A-List artists have performed over the past 20 years in music history, snacks and dessert will be provided. During the band’s set break, take part in a live auction with some amazing items to take home! Cash bar provided.

Reading VIP - $75
Includes all of the “Library Friend” ticket privileges, plus a VIP pre-party BACKSTAGE at Shoreline Amphitheatre. The VIP pre-party includes complimentary beer, wine and signature cocktails with heavy appetizers from local restaurants before the general tickets arrive. In addition, there will be a silent auction with some amazing items with all proceeds benefiting the Mountain View Library Foundation.
